Stan | Chief Executive Officer
Stan's role. Stan is responsible for the overall success of the organization. He is active in investor relations, recruiting skilled professionals of high character, and works within the entire organization to define and chase after the vision and mission. He helps conceptualize and mature our products and services, architects the systems that run them, and develops the teams that support them.
Get to know Stan. As a systems integrator, Stan has implemented solutions spanning enterprise class portals, mobile applications, integration applications, as well as hosting infrastructures. Stan has also served as a forensic investigator, auditor, trainer and conference speaker, and has served as a trusted adviser to government agencies and private corporations domestic and abroad.
How can Stan serve you? When Stan isn't overseeing the company operations, he is out meeting with individuals with organizational influence and authority, seeking a better understanding of how we can continue creating products, services, and a team that can help them succeed.
David | Managing Principal of Creative Services
David's role. David's influence stretches across every discipline within our organization, directing the focus of our efforts on the success of your brand. David has established and evolves the framework within which all creative services are delivered. He leads a culture of intuitive, clean, and progressive design, which is embraced across our products and services.
Get to know David. With over 15 years of experience as a nationally recognized designer, David has created award-winning projects in branding, print, interactive, and environmental for clients such as ABC/Disney, Reuters, The Weather Channel, Lucky Magazine, Hertz, and the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
How can David serve you? Whether leading a design brainstorming session with a client or gathering data to kick-off a design process, you can be sure that David will set the tone for insightful and effective design. You will find him challenging each project to maximize the fruitfulness to our clients' brands and constantly enhancing the experience they have with our services and products.
Delia | VP of Communications
Delia's Role. Delia oversees the communications efforts of the organization, developing, refining, and evangelizing our message both within and outside of our four walls. Her work draws the various elements of our organization together under a common mission, focusing everyone on the purposes for which they come to work everyday and reminding them how those purposes should be realized.

With a proven track record for generating a high level of awareness and cultivating sincere and deep perceptions of the organizations she has served, Delia uses new and innovative media and marketing means to raise awareness about our company and keep the industry and clients updated on our latest news.
How can Delia serve you? You'll find Delia at networking events and trade shows, meeting with clients and prospects. She'll be sharing the company's innovative offerings and educating the business community on relevant industry topics.
Enrico | Director of Technology and Professional Services
Enrico's Role: Enrico oversees the web development practice and software product support.
Get to know Enrico: Prior to Varident, Enrico served as a security expert for Verizon Business' Investigative Response and Forensics practice. In this role, Enrico managed incident discovery and resolution efforts around IT security breaches, supported the ongoing application of security best practices, and served as a trusted advisor and advocate. Enrico has also worked as a systems integrator for Accenture, handling a variety of projects spanning proof-of-concept design, custom web services, mobile applications, hosted infrastructures, and enterprise applications. He served in lead engineering roles, driving the design, implementation, and support of these solutions.

Victor | Director of Software Products and Services
Victor's Role: Victor oversees our organization's software products and services. In his role, he ensures that our software products are built in accordance with the latest standards for performance, usability and security. Victor's creative way of approaching software development continues to enable our organization to offer the highest value digital marketing solutions to our clients.
Get to know Victor: Victor has over 12 years of experience engineering web based applications for media outlets, financial services organizations, health care institutions, as well as online retailers. His competitive nature and understanding of what it takes to win is evidenced by the trail of mission critical application development teams he has led.
How can Victor serve you?: Victor is always looking to make our technology more relevant to our clients. You may find him answering support calls to understand clients' pain points, reviewing analytics data to identify the capabilities clients rely on the most, and diligently enhancing our development and deployment methodologies.
Cristina | Manager of Business Processes
Cristina's Role. We understand that maintaining strong relationships with our clients is as much about the business processes that wrap projects as it is about the projects themselves. Each client, and often specific projects, take on unique approaches to legal review, contracting, reconciliation, etc. Cristina ensures that each project's unique business process requirements are supported from scoping to ongoing support.

With over 12 years of experience tailoring and optimizing business processes, Cristina has enhanced every organization she has served by consistently making it easier for businesses to work together. Cristina's experience spans the retail, non-profit, strategic communications, and technology industries.

Jonathan | Senior Designer
Jonathan's Role. Jonathan is responsible for designing and producing websites, enhancing user experience, and creating brand identity and collateral systems. Jonathan spends his time working along side clients, assessing their needs, and executing strategies in a timely manner.
Get to know Jonathan. Jonathan has over 8 years of experience in design, art direction, and brand development - working with diverse clientele across the country.
How can Jonathan serve you? Jonathan works hard studying industry trends, developing tools, and designing the highest quality products for our client's business.
Dennis | Operations Lead
Dennis' Role. Dennis provides oversight to the operational activities of projects with the purpose of ensuring the integrity of our delivered services and products. He develops tools and programs to transition solutions to client teams and maintains client relationships through ongoing support.
Get to know Dennis. With experience in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Organization Development, and Program Evaluation, Dennis is well suited to empower and support our client teams. Dennis' experience in non-profit organizations brings a refreshing level of flexibility and advocacy to client relationships.
How can Dennis serve you? You will see Dennis sitting next to clients while walking them through a project deliverable, in a conference room delivering training on a new system, and on a web meeting, gaining greater understanding about a question that a client has about an implementation.
Terry | Software Engineer in Test
Terry's Role. Terry ensures the products that go out to our clients meet the requirements outlined for each project. He creates test cases, sets up test environments, writes scripts, runs load tests, and writes bug reports to examine all aspects of the software from the end-user’s perspective. His main objective is to formulate and implement software-testing strategies that help create a higher quality product.
Get to know Terry. Before joining Varident, Terry held key positions in the telecommunications industry including over 30 years experience on various aspects of the cellular project at Alcatel-Lucent. Most notably during his time with the company, Terry became a Distinguished Member of the Technical Staff in 2006. A majority of his career has been focused on testing devices in a lab environment where he has developed the unique technical skills that makes him so successful in his current role.
How can Terry serve you? Terry is our in-house detective as he identifies the critical issues with software and is in constant communication with the development team making sure they have the information they need to reproduce any issues. He serves clients with his passion for analysis, his ability to adapt and communicate, and with his desire to push out the best product possible.
